About Me
Hi, I'm Kheya Patel — a Northeastern University graduate with a bachelors in design, and a passion for blending art, ecology, and emerging technologies. My work explores the intersection of creativity and sustainability, using design as a tool to imagine new ways of seeing and shaping the world. I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a love for thoughtful, impactful creation.
Before diving into design, I spent 17 years as a competitive gymnast. That experience, rooted in movement, expression, and discipline, deeply shaped my creative spirit. It’s this foundation that continues to drive my exploration of design in all its forms.
Since coming to college, I’ve immersed myself in new modes of making — from graphic and information design to animation and speculative design. I’m excited by the power of creativity to imagine better futures, and I aim to keep growing as a designer with the skills and mindset to address real-world challenges in an unpredictable world.
